“B&L AC Service is a fantastic family-owned company that has taken care of our AC needs for years. Recently, we had a series of issues with our AC condenser, which was still under warranty. Unfortunately, the manufacturer (Goodman) sent out defective parts and was slow to address the problems. Despite this, Claudio, Dan, and Fabian went above and beyond, coming out to our house multiple times, always with a friendly attitude and a commitment to making things right, even though they weren’t getting reimbursed by the manufacturer. They never gave up and stuck with us until our system was running perfectly. It's clear that they genuinely care about their customers and the quality of their work.
