From my 1st interaction with Denise who is awesome by my standards. She was very professional and kind! Now, for Mr. Andy, this dude is an OUTSTANDING technician who worked on my A/C unit. “I called in for a second opinion on my furnace evaporator coil which had what looked to be mold. Another company (American HVAC) doing a tune up told me it was mold and required an in place cleaning that would cost me 350 dollars. Tropical had me email in pictures of this so called mold and immediately told me it was actually only dust and actually not too much it. They quoted me a fair price and came put within 7 days to clean the evap coil and everything else within the furnace all for a reasonable price. I value honesty. I will definitely use them for future preventive maintenance. See pictures of before and after. Only thing I will say is their scheduling department could improve their communication a little.“
