Mike gave me an estimate over the phone and then Dustin their technician came out the next business day install the motor. This company provides great service for all your air conditioner needs. Dustin also came back 2 days later to seal a gap behind our air handler that was allowing moisture inside. Very pleased with the service from this company. We signed up for their bi annual PM service for our home and shop.I am far from an expert in AC, but I believe the pricing was very competitive and I sincerely believe their bi-annual service is a steal.I recommend them!“

“I called in for a second opinion on my furnace evaporator coil which had what looked to be mold. Another company (American HVAC) doing a tune up told me it was mold and required an in place cleaning that would cost me 350 dollars. Tropical had me email in pictures of this so called mold and immediately told me it was actually only dust and actually not too much it. They quoted me a fair price and came put within 7 days to clean the evap coil and everything else within the furnace all for a reasonable price. I value honesty. I will definitely use them for future preventive maintenance. See pictures of before and after. Only thing I will say is their scheduling department could improve their communication a little.“
