“I had a garbage disposal that was not working right, and only 18 months old (just past 12 mo warranty). I spoke with Jason, the owner of Exact Plumbing and he suggested I approach the maufacturer for a free replacement, and then he would install the replacement for free. I got the free replacement, and Jason lived up to his word, and sent a tech quickly to install it at no charge. I was impressed with this customer service and the quality ot the tech and install! “We were thrilled with the service we received from Tim today! We originally had a competitor (Roto-Rooter) come give us a quote. They said snaking our pipe may or may not fix our problem, but they’d charge us $450 to try it. We are so thankful we had Mr. Rooter come instead, because it turns out that $450 would’ve gone straight down the drain, while our sewage remained. Tim thoroughly investigated our problem and got to the root of the issue…a tree root had ruined our septic pump motor. He was prompt and professional in replacing it for us. He showed me how it all worked to ensure we didn’t run into future problems. Thank you, Tim!!“
