Needed a new toilet install on one of my rentals quik and safe, since old one suddenly cracked in the tank! He was ready ,on site, explained what he was doing and why, after he discovered a true old hack job from old install( over 10 yrs ago ) wow. But, he got the flange replaced, new toilet mounted and all is well and correct!! Lol.. now my tenants and unit below are dry andsafe. thanks to diane and all pro speed!!!.“
