We have a unit that was working, but barely. Called Todd and that afternoon Mike came out and got us sorted out. We signed up for their bi annual PM service for our home and shop.I am far from an expert in AC, but I believe the pricing was very competitive and I sincerely believe their bi-annual service is a steal.I recommend them!

I called them for a second opinion after another company told me the compressor was bad in my unit and the entire unit should be replaced. The Elemental tech came out and diagnosed a bad capcitor. Saved me a lot of money. Thank you

Had to have my hot water heater replaced. Received a quote over the phone for the unit, removal and haul off of the old unit and install of the new unit on Friday. I told them I'd talked it over with my husband and call back. Which I did on Monday and was told they could do it the next day, Tuesday! The plumber, Matt who came out was wonderful. Great communication, polite and clean. He answered all my questions and offered great advice on another issue I asked him about. With that advice my husband was able to fix the problem. He also loved my chilli which I gave him for lunch. I will be calling them again to look over my a/c unit. Thank you Elemental team, I will recommend...read full review
