“An amazing place to get rugs cleaned! After meeting the manager, Melida, as well as the owner, I was very confident that they knew the best way to wash and repair my rug. The first thing I noticed is that the shop is very clean, which is key for a cleaning biz. :-) I was impressed with the various high-end rugs I saw in the shop that they were entrusted with. They do a lot of work with the interior design industry and have a lot of Palm Beach clientele. But you would never know unless you ask, because Melida is extremely down to earth and kind. My rug looks wonderful!
UPDATE: I had another great experience! I had them join two runners together to make one 22' runner. They did an incredible job hand-sewing them together -- the resulting runner lays flat and is very sturdy. you can't see the stitches at all, so no one would know it used to be two rugs unless i told them. :-)“
