Amazing customer service and attention to detail!!!. The owner was not only extremely knowledgeable, highly personable and kind. He came with his employee to deliver our rugs to our home once they were clean tomake sure all was perfect and we were happy with the results. We were!!! This is exactly the kind of small owner operated business that we love to support.

I’ve used Hatfield’s numerous times, and each time I am pleased with my experience. Not only do they work really hard on getting stains out of kitchen rugs, they go above and beyond regarding customer service. Multiple times they have brought the rugs out to me so I didn’t have to lug my children in.Thank you Hatfield’s!

Espresso spilled on my brand new white rug. I was distraught. One call to Hatfield's Rug Cleaner saved the day! Yujel came to my house right away and somehow miraculously erased the stain! If you need your rug cleaned, go to Hatfield's. They are the best!
