He is extremely professional, hard working and pays attention to detail. He pointed out spots to me that I didn’t see, got difficult stains out, and his prices were competitive. I highly recommend Biosteam Carpet .
I wanted to support a localbusiness and I have to say, I lucked out. My sofa was a disaster. Stanley Steamer couldn't do the job of removing the stains as well as Jordan did. This team is a class act, showed up on time, efficient, and got the job done. And the price was very fair. They even did a little extra which was unexpected and appreciated and it made an huge difference. My 10 yr old sofa looks brand new. Worthy of this five star review. Use them!
