“Great Job Dave ! Harrison and Sean came out and installed a new Rheem Heat Pump and Air Handler and Honeywell digital thermostat in a day. I integrated it into my wireless network and installed the Honeywell app on my android phone and Apple iPhone. Then I synchronized the account with my Amazon Echo. “I paid quit a bit of $ back in the spring for a "Spring/Fall" twice a year maintenance. They were supposed to call me before coming out, instead called when they showed up. Thankfully someone was at the house at the time. I ran over during my lunch to meet with them just as they'd finished. I was told that my AC Coils were nearly completely rusted out and that the AC 'might' make it a month or so. Despite the house having been purchased less than a year before and a full inspection being done with no finding of rusted out coils.Come the fall, I called to schedule and appointment and was again told "Our tech will call before they come out.. " That was three weeks ago.I called again today to check on the schedule, and it took almost four hours before I got a call back and was told "Our tech's can be be there 6 days from now.... " Very disappointed. Will not be using them again.*UPDATE* A few hours after posting this, I received a call that technicians would be coming by the next day. Mike & DJ came to the place, were super professional, thorough and took care of the season maintenance as well as checked to make sure my heating was working for me ( I was having some issues ).
