This company is great! They are very responsive! We have learned more from their technicians about our AC system than anyone ever told us before. I called this company because my AC isn't working and my property management company called another place that quoted an astronomical quote to repair a compressor. Air conditioning engineers is amazing and very friendly. Rhonda took my call and was able to fit us in to take a look at my air conditioning. it turns out that I do need a compressor, but it was under warranty. So the other company was being dishonest by charging me for another compressor when I could get a warranty replacement for the one I had.
