Ive used Advanced AC for over 20 years. I have always received excellent service. Rates have been lower than other companies.Two weeks ago I had a top of the line unit installed. Unit was installed within 5 hours. Another company had quoted 2 days and price was several thousand more. ( Always good to check other companies rates.)Advanced is tops in my book!

A contractor friend of mine referred me to Advanced A/C & Heating after I told him about my experience with AND Services. I emailed and called them Monday morning and the technicians were there by noon! Totally amazed me at how fast they responded. They checked all the wiring, inside and out, made sure there was enough Freon (which btw, there was) and checked the inside unit. The problem was a clogged drain hose. They cleaned it out and fixed the door insulation on the inside unit. By the time they left, the house was cooling like it should. I will referred Advanced A/C & Heating to anyone that needs their A/C checked. I'm very satisfied!

Our AC went out on a Monday night, I called the next morning and Priscilla fit us in early on short notice! The motherboard was fried and we had to wait a day for the techs (Davis & Curtis) to come install it. Once again Priscilla juggled the schedule so we could be first!!!
