Jim is always responsive to my calls. Our last hvac system lasted 18 years and it was time for it to move on. They installed my new system professionally and explained the new features. Just used Southern Comfort again for my AC inspection to get ready for the heat of this summer. Jim showed up when he told me he would and inspected my system giving it a thumbs up for right now. Will be calling again next year for the same service.Service: A/C preventive maintenance

Southern Comfort Air Conditioning and Heating /Jim is absolutely the best in the area. We have a larger multi-system house and have used Jim for more than a decade. When our main system was older. He made a few minor repairs to keep the system running instead of just saying we needed a new expensive system. When it came time, he gave me appropriate options on whether to repair the old system or replace it with a new one along will the advantages and disadvantages of both.
