“When I was in the market for new impact rated windows for my house, I realized that you might be dealing with a manufacture or a reseller. It seems that the manufacturing process for windows is not perfect as I read in the reviews. Therefore, it was important to find a company that would support their product and had great customer service. I started by looking at company’s Better Business Bureau accreditation and rating (BBB.org) and their Google reviews.

West Coast Windows has been in business for over 33 years. They were BBB Accredited and A+ Rated, and they had very good Google reviews (4.9 out of 5). Their contractor licenses were also in order (see the BBB.org website links).

I received quotes from three different vendors. Not only was West Coast the least expensive, but everyone I worked with was professional, friendly and efficient. Jordan met with me to measure the windows and provide the quote, Wilbur and Leo installed the windows (they did a great job as I watched throughout the day), Dave and Norma provided the follow-up support in the office, and Ray completed the window details after the county inspection. All permits and documentation were forwarded to me in a very timely manner. The service from West Coast was amazing! They stand behind their work, and therefore I have no problem recommending them to my friends and family.“

With the bent screens, they measured the screen and gave us an entire new screen at a reasonable price. They have a fast turnaround and a good attitude towards their customers.“

“We ordered 1 x 3 part slider, cat 5 double glazed. I will give my overall experience a 4.5. The quality of the product is as promised and high quality. The installation was completed in a professional manner. Unfortunately, due to lack/miscommunication we didn’t get the handle we exactly expected re: function of door. Our QA Consultant has proactively taken our feedback regarding this factor. There was also a delay with initial installation as the product sent out was far too small by 16-18 inches (I have questions re: manufacturer QA procedures). Approx 4 weeks later the correct door has been installed. All employees were polite, professional and helpful were necessary in all interactions. Overall, a positive experience and a fantastic installation of a great product.“

“We quoted out our project to three different suppliers and decided to go with TMD windows and doors. It was not all about price but also customer service and presentation. Rich Black, that personally came to our home, discuss their product and take all the specific measurements, was a true gem! TMD did all custom glass doors for my husband's office, two very large glass sliders (hurricane proof), and custom insulated glass wine room door and also an all glass window that you can look through our kitchen into the wine room. TMD also worked directly with Palm City Ironworks who created our custom front door. Rich was very good at giving us all the intricate details on price and how long everything would take in production. They were pretty much right on the mark for timing and delivery went perfect. Also anytime we had any issue, glass imperfections (they replaced immediately) a lock that malfunction (fixed immediately) never any attitude just the answer we will fix. We can't say enough on how nice of a guy Rich is to work with and how his customer service response was! We will 100% use TMD again for future products! “Had our five new windows installed today. The crew was David and Travis. They arrived on time, worked efficiently and were out in 5.5 hours. They covered things with plastic and vacuumed the rooms when finished. No mess made. We were originally promised an early August install, but they are running ahead with production and we are done on July 3! The sales guy made the case that WTW might be a little bit more costly than others in the area (about 2 grand per), but the value received for the service, quality of work and quality of windows was worth it. He was right. We are ready for hurricane season. Highly recommended“
