Colby and Dominic did a 5 star job. Arrived on time. Cleaned up great and were very polite. Super job guys. Also my windows have been in for about 7 years. Replacement was quick and no cost to me. Good job Weathertite!

Working with Weather Tite was mostly a good experience. Prices of windows is insane, but I was ok with the price. The installation was quick and the contractors were very nice!After they received my payment though, I felt their customer service declined. They make it a point to say all rebates and programs are customer responsibility, fine. But when I emailed and called to get information for rebates and grant funding, I had to jump through various hurdles.My representative refused to give me my project information which resulted in me not being qualified for the rebate due to the time lapse ($275 that I lost out on). So happy with my Weather Tite windows replacement! They provided excellent customer service and every one on the phone or came out to install, inspect and make repairs were professional, kind and just knew what they were doing. They even sent someone out to my home 3 times due to a hard window to open and didn't quit until I was satisfied. That's a company you can trust!
