The experience working with Window Wall was excellent. I purchased the windows strictly for sound reduction. The window installers did a perfect job and ensured everything was secured and cleaned everything after the installation was completed. Depending how this window reduces the road noise, I may look to purchase more, but I will check to see how much the noise is reduced over a few days. Overall, the company did an excellent job.

My experience with Window Wall staff could serve as an industry model for delivery and installation of windows, along with excellent customer service. I had 17 windows replaced, 4 of which were half circle arches. Although I was initially advised the removal and replacement activities would take several days to accomplish, the installers worked with incredible agility, completing the project in one day. Window Wall staff respected my home and furnishings, covering furniture and cleaning as they worked. Window Wall was an excellent company to work with. From the sales men who came to our house to the installers and managers, all the people we encountered were professional and friendly. We love supporting family-owned companies and this one is one to support.
