Met today with Jonathan Gomez. He was very nice, helpful and knowledgeable. He reviewed all the details and showed me various options for replacing my existing tub with a walk-in shower. In addition to showcasing Long’s reputation and quality materials he gave me confidence that my new shower would be beautiful, carefully installed and have multiple safety features. Will update after the job is done.

Eric was right on time as promised. Very professional. When here, i pointed out a different issue than he came for. He was able to come back a short time later with the replacement part for that also. HIGHLY recommend ?
