“I had them replace our old electric water heater in our newly purchased home in Live Oak, FL after the home inspector I hired said it was very old. The service man came out on a Saturday, was very professional, and replaced the water heater successfully. He mentioned the electrical cord on the old water heater was not up to code and unsafe as it could've caused a fire. That's interesting... the home inspector, who's licensed and referred by my realtor, had failed to mention it. Since the home inspector does not have her company searchable on Google Maps, I'm using my review to not just share my good experience with FEWA, but also share my bad experience with the home inspection company: Top Dog Home Inspections, Mary Schaal gets 1 star.“

“The first time I used RR they were awesome. I decided that anytime I needed plumbing to call RR even though they’re expensive they come out quickly and seem knowledgeable. It’s hard sometimes to get people to come out to my area so knowing that a company will come out is important to me.I had RR come out a second time yesterday and they were horrible. They made a mess and left trash everywhere and one of the plumbers used the toilet and peed everywhere, on the seat and the floor it was disgusting. When they were done with the repairs to make sure the water was turned on, they turned the water on in the bathroom spraying water all over the drywall I just hung, the sub floor and wall joists and the back of the drywall for the kitchen.I ended up having to call a plumber again today because my toilet started leaking really badly overnight. I decided to call RR one more time to give them a chance to redeem themselves. The plumber who came out today was fantastic and did an excellent job. I’ll probably keep calling RR for plumbing stuff.“
