I had them replace our old electric water heater in our newly purchased home in Live Oak, FL after the home inspector I hired said it was very old. The service man came out on a Saturday, was very professional, and replaced the water heater successfully. He mentioned the electrical cord on the old water heater was not up to code and unsafe as it could've caused a fire. That's interesting... the home inspector, who's licensed and referred by my realtor, had failed to mention it. The tecniton was very professional and treating me with respect. Very knowledgeable took the time to show me how it works, this by far the best company I ever dealt with home improvement. I recommend them over other soft water installation, I am so happy finally I can took a shower with suds to spare.
