“I had a leak coming out of one of my toilets, and my garbage disposal was inoperable. Upon calling the office, Holly was very helpful in getting me scheduled quickly. My tech, Karson was polite and professional. He made an assessment on each item, and gave me multiple courses of action with both the toilet and disposal with up front pricing. Ultimately I decided to replace the toilet and the disposal all together just for the peace of mind. Spending money on plumbing isn’t my favorite use of funds, but Mr. Rooter team made it painless and hassle free.“

“Late yesterday I discovered a leak in the 3/4” line that serves the house. It was only about a foot away from the meter box, so I dug down to assess the situation. What I found was an extremely rusty galvanized pipe situation that was clearly beyond my capabilities. I called Lance Maxwell plumbing, who I had previously used and they in turn had the on-call person call. He had one other job to tackle, but showed up around 6:30. He assessed the situation, and said that he was pretty sure that he could fix it. It’s a good thing that he (Mason) is a big strong, experienced guy, as the pipe joint were almost impossible to break loose. Somehow or another he managed to get the repair done, and we have water! I will always use this company, and will probably ask for Mason for future issues in our almost 90 year old house.“

“I had them replace our old electric water heater in our newly purchased home in Live Oak, FL after the home inspector I hired said it was very old. The service man came out on a Saturday, was very professional, and replaced the water heater successfully. He mentioned the electrical cord on the old water heater was not up to code and unsafe as it could've caused a fire. That's interesting... the home inspector, who's licensed and referred by my realtor, had failed to mention it. Since the home inspector does not have her company searchable on Google Maps, I'm using my review to not just share my good experience with FEWA, but also share my bad experience with the home inspection company: Top Dog Home Inspections, Mary Schaal gets 1 star.“
