“Tech was professional. Every detail of the service was explained in advance and every detail was completed to my satisfaction. The evaporation coil that was leaking had been installed only 7 months and was still under warranty both for the part and the labor. When I contacted the company the day after service, they said that the part had been ordered and it would be a couple of days before delivery. I called back each day and was told that it was ordered from out-of state and it would be a week for delivery. The part arrived and was professionally installed but my labor warranty expires next month and I was told that if the new coil goes bad, the cost of labor will be mine. So, even if this lasts only another 7months, I will have the cost of labor to replacement. They should at least offer a one year labor warranty on the new part.“
