“Can’t say enough great words about this company. That came within an hour to diagnose my wine cooler that stopped cooling. He had it working before he left but at night it stopped again. Seems like it’s a bad compressor and it would cost as much to replace than to fix. And get this..they are actually refunding me the cost of the previous days repair without me even having to ask (minus the $75 diagnostic fee). Unfortunately the representative that came prior misdiagnosed my problem with my microwave which resulted in me waiting over 30 days for parts to show up.
