“I simply can’t say enough good things about this company. I purchased a house with a large front and back yard in very poor condition. Tim Taylor, owner, personally came out to give me his opinion and recommendations. Sunshine Land Design completely transformed my yard. Removed dead tree stumps and roots, graded, installed a sprinkler system, new sod and a few trees.Judy Robinson worked with me and my budget to pick out the trees, Caleb was so thorough in supervising the sprinkler system installation and John kept me informed about all stages of the work. In fact everyone who worked on the job was friendly, polite and professional!At my fiancés house Sunshine Land design have recently put in a paver walkway that wraps around the house. The finished work is even better than I had hoped! It looks so good that friends and neighbors have asked us for the company’s information.They were also very helpful in suggesting fixes for drainage problems and again Caleb came out to ensure that the sprinkler system was in good working order when the walkway was completed. They kept their word also and made the sod around the walkway perfect again.I also need to mention the foreman in charge of the paver installation, Roberto, who I believe has been with this company for about 20 years as have most of his crew. What nice guys and they made everything just perfect!Sunshine Land Design may not be the cheapest company to do the job but you will get value for money, they will do what they promise and the estimate is exactly what you will pay.
