I am not a customer of First Florida, but i have seen their work. I have to say that it's one thing to see first hand the quality of build and attention to detail that this company performs. My mind was simply blown away. In my profession, I work on new home construction projects with a lot of different home builders over my career, as well as existing homes. I do have to acknowledge someone where acknowledgment is deserved. Mike, the superintendent, is a very stand up gentleman. I have never worked with a person that was so willing to take a moment to not only shake your hand, but to also communicate and problem solve all at the same time. First Florida Construction & Development is an amazing company and the only choice for us to entrust our Ocean Front home build. The skill level and knowledge of all staff is unmatched. Phone calls were returned at midnight. Multiple choices and prices were always given. The level of integrity starts with Paul and Mark all the way to the cleaning crews. Brent Stolenberg was our Supervisor and was invaluable with his experience, consciousness and ideas. He never missed a call, text or email.
