Chester sold my parents and me 2 homes in 2002 and it was the best experience buying a home we ever had. Chester and Estrella were very caring and helpful throughout the whole process. Today 9/30/21 I call Chester for some help with an issue with the house and he was still has helpful today as he was 19 years ago.

What a pleasant experience! Chester, the owner, is extremely knowledgeable about the area as well as building custom modular homes! We have seen his work (only in pictures so far) and after building over 3500 homes, he pretty much has it down pat! His company will build you a custom home to make the best possible use of your lot at a fairly reasonable price. You seem to get a good value with great features! We will be back. At Five Star you deal directly with the owner of the company, we do not use salespeople we do this because we feel that the designing and purchasing of a home should not be at the guidance and control of a commissioned salesperson. At Five Star Modular Housing, our home builders design and create a floor plan that will allow our staff a plan to work off of to complete the on-site construction. We do this so that you do not have to work with out of town unlicensed or uninsured subcontractors. Doing this is allowing a professional company to design your home, and completely finish the job. In order to successfully provide you an accurate estimate of your cost, Five Star must have knowledge of your build site.
