“We worked with Jonathan back in 2007-2008. He performed an extensive renovation of our home on Sanibel. House was totally gutted including removal of all doors, windows, ceilings and interior walls. He raised the ceiling in our large central living room and kitchen. All plumbing and electrical equipment was removed and replaced. Jonathan is particularly skilled in kitchen design, with additional training and certification in this area. We’re particularly happy with our kitchen.We’ve now had time to live with all those changes and everything is holding up well with no surprises.Our only caveat would be to try to avoid change orders, because they add up.
