I've been going to this location for 17 years. Since they've become Advent, the "care" I receive is laughable. I used to love it. After my practitioner moved about 6-7 years ago, it got progressively worse. Now as Advent, every time I call for something there's a new rule as to why it can no longer be done. Every complaint to my primary is referred out - don't even know what a primary is for anymore. It's. Just. Money. God forbid you ask for a pre-authorization. I can't get a simple anti nausea med without going in. Yet I can't stop throwing up to leave home. I don't get care anymore. It's not healthcare. It's a corporation.

The doctors are great, but I can never get in same-day when needed. I've had to alternatively go to Minute Clinic, which cost $200 out-of-pocket, as well as miss an opportunity to take medication that would've helped because they couldn't get me in within the required time frame. I NEVER had this problem until Advent took over. I've been a patient here since the place was built and Advent has been the worst thing to happen here. They're awful. How hard would it be to put more than one doctor on a Saturday- a day when most of the working world is able to come in any time of the day, especially in the height of flu season?? It seems like most people leave reviews for medical services only after they have a bad experience. This review is for an absolutely positive experience!Brian the radiologist/imaging specialist called me the night before my services and explained the process. I had many questioned and he took the time to answer them all.Thank you much
