Urgent Care near Riverview

“I went by the Riverview office a few weeks back. I was in extreme pain and thankfully was greeted politely by the Spanish front desk young ladies they were super knowledgeable and made me comfortable . Then I was called back by another young lady named Ange, and let me tell you how wonderful she treated me . Words wouldn’t begin to describe how sweet she was and she seemed to have such a passion for her job. Then the provider singh came in with such an amazing sense of humor and a remedy to my issue. I was so happy at this point that I had chose this office at this point. I highly recommend this office for care.“

“2 time here it's a really nice place but if your going to come here just know you well wait 3 hours cause they only have 2 exam room so be patient. The people that work here are wonderful and so clean .“

“There's a reason they are called the best of Tampa Bay... Cause they are the best of Tampa Bay! I have had a couple of different surgeries in the hospital and so has my husband so I have had the unique experience of being guest and nervous patient. January of 2015 my husband had outpatient surgery and myself and his father accompanied him the the hospital. We were able to valet our car and then once we checked in were directed to the waiting room we needed to be at kevin was escorted to the pre surgery prep area. Once he was changed and ready for surgery one of the nurses came out and got me and my father in law and invited us back. We got to sit with kevin for about an hour while he waited for his surgery to start. Once it was time we were again escorted back to the waiting room to wait. In each waiting room they have several tvs with scrolling names and colors and the family is given a color and number so that this way you know where your family member is each step of the way and you feel like you have a line of communication with them. When Kev was In post op a nurse came and got us and walked us back to be with him and we were able to spend a few minutes with him. Then they had s staff member take is to the valet area so we could have car pulled around , they wheeled him out and helped bundle him in the car. We were home for about 3 hours when the first call came, just saying hi I was your nurse today wanted to check on you and see how you are. We got the same call the following day also. It's so obvious that the patients and the patients family come first. They are so kind and compassionate and it shows in the way they act and interact. Funnily enough I am a patient here as we speak! I had hip surgery here just a few days ago and was admitted for 3 days after. I am back as a patient again due to an infection in my hip joint. The staff could not be any nicer. They have so much respect for the patients and they treat you like and individual. I actually feel like they care about me. They really do go a above and beyond. My husband had to go home tonight to get some sleep and I was feeling a little lonely so the night nurse Lori came in on her break and read her people magazine to me and we did the crossword puzzle together. May not sound like much but that simple kindness made my night and helped me not feel so alone. I really can't speak highly enough of the staff. From intake coordinators to nurses to doctors and everyone in between they are so nice and always have a smile on their face. I only wish Scooby Boo could come back!“
