The nurse that took my vitals was absolutely amazing, down to earth and very kind! The doctor was very kind as well and unlike a lot of doctors I’ve had he talked to me like we were equals!

Dr. A is so easy to have discussion with; I have been so impressed with him as well as the other staff members at Incare from the front desk to the care providers. Today, a staff member (Caressa), as well as Dr. A went above and beyond to remove a piece of cotton that fell off a cotton swab in my ear. Caressa showed diligence, determination and patience in irrigating and dislodging the cotton from my ear which was so appreciated by me so that I didn’t then have to go to an emergency clinic……..the extra efforts by Caressa and Dr. A some would say were way above and beyond; I think this is just their level of service and care at Incare. I had a great experience at InCare Riverview. Dr. Paddu took time to listen to what my symptoms were and tailor a program and treatment plan that would benefit me the most and I got the feeling that he genuinely cares and believes in what he is doing.The educational material was exceptional and it gave me comfort to know that any time that I have questions or concerns he is just a phone call away.Thank you InCare, Dr. Paddu, and your staff!D.C.
