“Really nice gym overall. Have been coming here on and off for over the last few years. I love the space it has. The equipment is always ready to use and if it’s not the wait isn’t long. I enjoy the variety the gym offers from the treadmill, free weights and cables. Weights are usually always put back which is a plus. Bathrooms are always clean and ready for use. I love how the gym has the sanitation stations setup around the equipment makes for a much more cleaner feeling workout. The only thing that would make this a five star rating would be with the gym having a sauna, swimming pool or hot tub !“

“This is an exceptional gym and has great classes for working out. I was not happy with their rehab unit because it was basically for someone immediately out of a hospital with minor needs. My goals were to get back into the gym which they were not allowed to do. I had home PT for a long time and had graduated up to that level. I needed and wanted much more. Possibly I spoke w the wrong person.“

“UPDATE: LA Fitness corrected the error for my membership and returned my money to me. I was very pleased with Anthony, the new manager, and the corporate office. Thank you, LA Fitness.
Great location for me. Was a Healthtrax (New England) member for 30 years and visited many LA Fitness locations for tournament play. My only complaint is the sales department when signing up. I had just retired, brand new to Medicare and went in to sign up asking the rep what benefits I had through my insurance. He said "unfortunately" my insurance did not have a benefit for LA Fitness. I signed up that day as a regular member. What he told me was a lie. I went home and contacted my insurance ( I know I should have done this first, lesson learned!) my insurance did have the benfit through Active & Fit. I returned to LA Ftiness and met with the rep who signed me up for the benefit through insurance and informed me I could not receive a credit or reimbursement for what I had paid to sign up. He claimed it would be held for me "just in case your insurance no longer covers you." So my $200 sits with LA Fitness and although I have asked again to get my money they claim it can't happen. So BEWARE of the staff they hire. I know there in sales to make the money but misrepresentation of their services is unfair and poor customer care.“
