I highly recommend EFT of Stuart! I’ve seen so much improvement since I started training with Ben. I’ve regained virtually a full range of motion in my shoulder and pain has decreased. My orthopedic doctor was equally pleased with my progress during my follow-up and recommended that I “continue doing what [I’m] doing.” I appreciate Ben’s expertise and approach as we continue to work on my stability and proper movement patterns.

We’re so grateful for Ben guiding our daughter through rehabilitation of her knee. After spending months in pain and 6 weeks with a typical physical therapist, she was still experiencing pain and seeing no improvement. We decided to try EFT instead of more physical therapy because they were not pushing her hard enough to build the muscles around her knee. On our most recent visit to her ortho, they were shocked at her progress and said she is doing better than 80-90% of their patients with this injury at this point. We highly recommend EFT! Thanks Ben!
