With her help, we got the approval for the project and Erica immediately then began work on getting the city permitting process done. Within a couple of days of the city permit approval, Hyer began working on my house and the project was done in under 10 days. It would have been done even faster if it hadn't been for so many afternoons of thunderstorms. The whole process was really painless. “I had a leak from the roof. It was not in the house but rather on the part of the roof that is partially over a patio. I looked at what the internet had to say and I found 3 companies in my area that looked really good. I set up appointments with each. The first company never showed up. I called them and the lady said she would be over at 12:30 and that she overlooked our appointment. She came over but NEVER went on the roof. She said she would send me the estimate for the fixing of the roof as well as the entire roof. The roof is 18 years old. She NEVER sent me an estimate. Both of the other 2 companies came over and subsequently sent me quotes for a fix as well as the doing the entire roof. The estimates were about $3500 apart. We went with the cheaper of the two because we saw no reason to go for the higher of the two estimates. I asked him if there wads any roof around that I cold take a look at to see how the color would look . The next day he came by with an address of a house with a similar roof. Who does that, right? Even on days that he was not working he would spend time surveying the roof and making sure that everything was right. I cannot say enough good things about Oscar and the entire Casa Blanca crew.
