“I had a leak from the roof. It was not in the house but rather on the part of the roof that is partially over a patio. I looked at what the internet had to say and I found 3 companies in my area that looked really good. I set up appointments with each. The first company never showed up. I called them and the lady said she would be over at 12:30 and that she overlooked our appointment. She came over but NEVER went on the roof. She said she would send me the estimate for the fixing of the roof as well as the entire roof. The roof is 18 years old. She NEVER sent me an estimate.
