“Jade Ocean Dry Cleaners is a Victoria Park gem located in the Victoria Shoppes plaza off Federal and NE 6th St. I was in a panic, a last minute dry cleaning emergency right before closing, I had about 100 items exposed to mold in an apartment closet. I thought for sure I’d find no one to help me…Josh at Jade Ocean Dry Cleaners saved the day! He got me set up online with an account that stores payment info securely so you can schedule pick ups and delivery’s any time, at any location, a great set up if you have weekly dry cleaning to be done or in my case an entire closet to drop off! I was out of town, the apartment was a disaster, I couldn’t arrange a pickup and Josh spent time on the phone with me verifying that my friend could drop<br>off and pick up for me. Everything was pre-arranged and went smoothly. Josh went above and beyond cleaning the items, storing them and getting them all back to me, good as new! He even arranged for a partial pick up in the middle of that whole fiasco! Also with noting, prices at Jade Ocean Dry Cleaners are great, I thought for sure my bill was going to be higher.
