I love this place. They are very professional and environmentally friendly with their green products. When I needed my clothes for an event they were able to clean my clothes very quickly. I would recommend this place to everyone that sees this. Thank you to the owners.

I first opened an account there, the owner was there and everything was great. Then I find out that my account was never attached to my phone and could never pick up my clothes. I’ve spoken to three employees there and they would never help. I asked to speak to owner and they never passed the calls. It’s best if businesses learn to deal with issues to make customers satisfied. The lack of care in this issue, not being able to pick up my clothes in automated device gives them 3 stars.

Great experience with them. Love their 24hours availability to drop off and pick up. Areas of improvement is to speed up the process for getting things ready. Maybe by always having on staff someone who can iron even if it’s for a last minute emergency.
