Now I can attest that their CUSTOMER SERVICE MATCHES THEIR EXCELLENCE in dry cleaning. On a recent Saturday when my order was not ready by promised date (due Friday), I was informed that their laundry facilities were closed with no personnel on site and no way of retrieving the clothing until after Tuesday. I was very distressed. But Susy, the store manager, immediately promised to do her best to help me. She came through. She contacted the business OWNER who then went personally (after hours, on a Saturday) to their main laundry facility, located the order and drove it to the shop where Susy was waiting for me to pick up. “My family and I have been coming to clover cleaners for the past 10+ years. We used to live in North Miami and have since then moved further north. On some days it’ll take almost 40 minutes to come here but despite that, I still make the trip due to the quality and attention to care for customers. They do a phenomenal job with my dress shirts dress pants amongst other clothing. Prices have gone up but again so have eggs ?♀️ Haven’t had an issue thus far. It’s a hidden gem and totally underrated. Managements a bit old school so they don’t really push their onlipresence. But they have a large client list of regulars and they’re always busy. 10/10 will come and continue to come in the future! ?Services: Laundry wash & fold“

“I do not use dry cleaners often, but I can always appreciate when service is done correctly and on time. The few dry cleaners I have used in South Florida so far have not really been as good as expected as I have often seen stains still in my items.Needed a tuxedo done next-day and after calling three stores I just asked one of them to mention a place that does offer next day, and they mentioned Lorraine. The place is not the cleanest, but they are very effective. Taylor on site for the most part. They told me it would be ready by 5PM next day and it was already there by 2:30pm.Pickup was quick and the piece was perfect. If I ever need stuff done in a pinch, this will be the one I use.“

“It is a simple place, the unit needs repair and some other care, all the machines operate perfectly for the washing and drying service. In it, payment is made with coins that you can purchase in two coin dispensing machines at the end of the property, the largest bill to change is 20 dollars and you can use that amount up to 1 dollar. The busiest times are after 5 in the afternoon and on weekends. They also provide a laundry service at the center, that is, you can leave your clothes in the hands of the workers and pick them up at a certain time. The center has a shelf to dispense different types of detergents, suavitel, chlorine and other products. A point to admire is the good treatment of its workers.“
