“Very happy I brought my jetter system to Bitter Blue, Chris was very friendly and helpful with getting me set up with an appointment and explained everything from pricing to making repairs and ordering parts. Bill was our technician that fixed our system and he was knowledgeable and brought this machine back to life and even called me midway to give me an update on the system. Truly a great team that took care of me and I’ll be bringing more equipment to them.“

“Not sure why they're so many poor reviews of this place. We had an issue with our Miele dishwasher and yes, it did take a 10 days for someone to come out; but they came. A day early in fact. They ordered the parts from Miele and a tech came out within days. He replaced the parts, ran a cycle and stayed to make sure there were no more issues. He even adjusted the machine to the proper height. I guess when you're dealing with expensive European appliances, issues will come up, but I have nothing but good things to say about the service. Yesenia, I hope I got her name right always was available and provided updates. You can't always go by reviews sometimes because most people just don't take the time to acknowledge good service, only bad. That's the way it goes unfortunately.
