“CC at Trinity fitness is hands down the best personal trainer in Palm Beach Gardens (or anywhere else for that matter). I was so lucky to find him when I did. I was 40, postpartum, and had a knee injury. He was able to not only get me in the best shape of my life (and I grew up a competitive athlete so that says a lot), but also create a specified workout that tailored to my body type and rebuilt my muscles/core in a way that my knee injury was no longer an issue. From pain going up and down stairs to snow boarding and playing volleyball again, he molded a program that changed my life. I cannot stress enough that his education level paired with his attention to your specific needs and body type, with his inspiring nature, is unparalleled (and I have many to compare it to with my athletic history). If you’re considering going, do yourself a favor, GO! He is the best personal trainer in the game! I am so grateful I found him.“

“Dr. Jeanna Hill is the best. I saw two PTs before her for an issue I was having, and they were not helpful at all. Dr. Hill really cares and is incredibly knowledgeable. She spends the entire time with you, making sure she knows how to best assess and give treatment options. She is kind, not pushy, and extremely good at what she does. She gave me an individualized home PT plan, checked up with me in-between visits, and ensured I had what I needed to heal. She is the real-deal.“
