Such a welcoming studio and a fantastic class. The instructor was so attentive throughout, the workout was intense but without imapct (great for my joints) and the music was terrific. Highly recommended!

I love the classes here and all instructors I have taken are great! However, the way the owner has decided to structure the sign ups makes it nearly impossible to get into a class. Classes book 3 months in advance so every 3 months at a certain date/time you can try to book the classes you want for the next 3 months. If you miss this window to book there are virtually zero open spots for any class in the morning...there are occasionally evening or noon classes. You have to wait an entire 3 months for the schedule to open again. What drives me crazy is that about 1/2 the time if you check the app or website for an open class there are spots the day of 1-2 hrs before the...read full review

Core Evolution has truly changed my life. The amazing community is completely incomparable. I am so beyond lucky to be apart of this core family. My mom is the owner of the studio and inspires me daily by all of her hard work to empower others through movement and dedication.I love that there is something for everybody at core. I love the variety of instructors, class types, and different levels so that everyone has the oppurtunity to be and feel successful. Lagree is by far the BEST workout, but at Core Evolution, the workout alone is a very small part of what makes up this studio. The energy & inclusive environment is like no other.
