“I'm in Colorado and was looking for a company to change the water tank for my mom in Florida who is a senior citizen. Her tank was ancient and leaking. I checked reviews and called around. I spoke to Eric who was extremely helpful and kind. He got a permit and waited for it to come in before installation. He arrived on time and left almost 3 hours later. They removed the old one and explained everything to my mom and myself (over the phone). My mom was so happy. She said they were very friendly to her. It's nice to be able to put your FAITH in someone from far away as I am always worried my mother will get ripped off etc. I highly recommend Eric and Zachary from Water Heating Experts!!!! “Well, we spent an enormous amount of money with Premier and we thought that the work was good but a few days later after they left them up in my attic, it sprung a leak a big leak and after all that money we paid and they came back out and said that everything was all right. They charge me more money again and all I get is it’s a it’s a little water And it’ll be all right, but it’s not all right and I’ve now I’ve got to pay somebody to change drywall to dry the place out and to replace the insulation that’s soaking wet not just a little water but soaking wet and guess what they’re not on up to it very nice“

I spoke with Oscar and had an appointment set up for the next morning within 10 minutes of me discovering the problem. Milton call before arriving was actually early, so that was great.
