The tech was very friendly and knowledgeable. He did not come here and try to sell me anything. He diagnosed the problem and determined I did not have massive leak somewhere, that it was a defective water meter. Thank you , I wish I took his name.

We had a backup from our septic tank. Rapid Rooter responded within hours and found the problem. The pipe from the house to the septic tank had cracked and roots had grown into it. The technician was very knowledgeable, and explained everything that needed to be done. He showed us what he was doing and the completed work before covering everything back up.
