Tony Richardson came out and fixed my main water feed. Everything looks amazing and now I have water back in the house. Gave me a time window and he was here right at the beginning of it.Would recommend and will be using them for all my plumbing needs. The owner is the most customer oriented professional I have worked with. I had an issue with my septic tank and the company damaged my toilet. I called A Plus Rooter and Mr. Pressley graciously answered my questions. He also researched multiple models of toilets and got back to me in a really timely manner. I scheduled on Friday for a Monday service. He knew we were without one toilet and called and said. We can come and service you today to make sure your family is ok. It was a lovely gesture and I was truly appreciative. I will definitely use them again and recommend them to anyone I know!! Truly A+ service.Service: Toilet repair
