After hearing from a friend that got hit with a $3,000 extra charge for wood replacement, I wanted a quote that was out the door. Sander and Son was the only one that would commit to a total price including all wood replacement up front. Even with that, and the extra charge for adding the third nail to the hurricane clips, they were still very competitive with the other quotes. Using their own crew, they did the roof in sections and there have been no leaks. Another thing that I liked was that their 10 year warranty included issues with both the shingles and workmanship. All in all, getting a new roof during the raining season was definitely a stressful event, but I do think that Sander and Son did an excellent job and I would highly recommend them to anyone looking for a new roof.“
