“We used Dean Roofing Company for a new roof on our home, porch (flat roof) and shed about 2 weeks ago. Luke with DRC first came to our home to give us an estimate. We were very impressed with his professionalism and thoroughness in examining the roofs and explaining the process and different types of roofing/prices involved. We were able to schedule the job to fit our schedule and the roofers showed up at the exact time and date as scheduled. The roofers were very efficient and finished the entire job in one and one-half days! They even covered the bushes around our house to protect them from debris. When finished they searched our yard for nails, removed any loose debris and did a great clean up job. The roofs were done exactly as we hoped. We would not hesitate to recommend DRC to anyone who needs a roofing job done.“

A few days later Louis and his crew showed up they did find a few problems. Once they popped off the shingles he took pictures sent them to his office. Then Laura called and explained to me what was going on. Their communication was wonderful always kept me updated. we live in an older neighborhood and have seen No1 roofing signs so we didn’t even bother to call multiple roofing companies. “Got 5 quotes, Alan was the only one who pointed out an issue near our fireplace that had shoddy work from previous owner/roof installer and caused leaking onto our patio. I failed to remember to ask about to it when getting all of my quotes but him being the only one to catch it said a lot about how they operate and that sealed the deal on which company I was going to use. Finished in 3 days, their cleanup was outstanding. My biggest fear was nails left behind, No one is going to clean 100% of the nails but they did great 99.9%. I Combed my yard front-back-sides and I only found 5 roofing nails. That's very impressive to me especially for the amount of work I needed done. I will be using them again in the future when my roof needs to be redone.“
