Charles did a great job communicating the work that was going to be done and answering all of the questions I had. When you have to have the same job done on your house more than once you tend to have lots of questions. It was reassuring knowing that my questions and concerns would be answered or taken care of by Charles in a timely manner. I wouldn't hesitate to work with him again. I appreciated the excellent customer service.

We used American Roofing & Sheet Metal last year to replace our roof. Having replaced our roof 20 years ago with shingles we were interested in what a metal roof could offer. We diligently received several quotes and it was clear that we wanted to give them our business.Our project manager Jason was with us every step of the way, from design through install, even making follow-ups at intervals after the project was complete, just to make sure that the finished project lived up to our standards. The roof looks beautiful and we're so pleased with the workmanship and service.Soon after our roof was replaced we had another contractor cause damage to the roof.
