The entire process went exactly to plan cleaning up every day including (we did not ask) removing the large tarp Gary’s put over our pool each day. “When we were having trouble getting another roofer out to stand by their warranty on a repair Gary's offered to come out and help us get the patch on the roof before we were leaving town during rainy season and they saved us from additional damage. There was no charge. They had been out for a bid several months previous and were trying to earn out business...Enter EAN.. we had significant damage to our roof September 28th and went under contract with Gary's in Jan. We were told work would be 4-6 months out due to demand. They agreed to keep us dry with any repairs till we could get the new roof. I am happy to say we have our new tile roof and they completed (April 3rd only a three month wait) the work professionally and we are very pleased. They have done over 80 roofs in our community and have an outstanding reputation. The roofers are employees not contractors and they were all great workers. Three of the days we had 15 workers on our property. We are delighted that the job was completed in less than 2 weeks and each day they left the property clean and tidy. They are a little more expensive than the other bids we received but they are worth every penny. They also only required $1000 down till the work began and did not tie up significant money in the waiting period.“

Subsequently, another service company was on the roof and noticed that it had not been completely cleaned up following the repairs. We contacted CRM and they sent a crew to address the problem. Can’t speak highly enough about the entire team at Wofford Roofing. Justin and Jerod delivered outstanding customer service. They were very responsive and didn’t try to talk me into replacing an entire roof when all we needed right now was a repair.

They explained my options, listened to my needs, and then turned me over to Terry for the repairs.

Terry was equally wonderful to work with. He was very kind and professional. He and his son, Terry Jr. repaired my roof in under 3 hrs and they did an excellent job color matching the shingles. I was a little concerned about that because our roof is getting up there in years, but the gentlemen came through!

Didn't even lose one shingle during both Helene and Milton Hurricanes! After last storm, they came out at no charge and inspected all my properties, even roofs they didn't put on. They didn't try to scare tactic me into work I didn't need. Can't say enough good about their workmanship and ethics, and their pricing is very fair too - mid stroke range, not the highest, not the lowest. So glad I went with them!!!
