Jeff and his team at Suncoast did a tremendous job, dealing with my insurance company, making sure all Ts were crossed and all Is were dotted so he claim got approved, and performed the repairs with professionalism and quality! The house looks better than before the hurricane and they did all the legwork! I couldn't recommend them any more! Excellent service, and excellent worksmanship!“

“After a bad experience with a roofing company replacing the roof on our house a customer told my husband about Able Sterling Roofing. The company we hired to replace our house roof took 3-4 months from start to finish on a mobile home roof. We hired Able Sterling to replace the roof on our business that Hurricane Ian damaged. Our business roof is definitely more complex than our mobile home roof but Able Sterling from start to finish had it done in 1 week! Wish I would have found them sooner to replace my mobile home roof. Zach was wonderful and kept us up to date on everything. If I could give 10 stars to Zach and the crew that replaced the roof I would. Highly recommend and I will be sure to send any customers who has roofing needs to Able Sterling Roof Company. “CW's Quality roofing was referred to me by a neighbor who had some work done recently. I called for a repair of a few broken shingles from IAN. Chris showed up the next day and inspected roof. I need 4 shingles replaced. It was starting to rain so he sent the crew out 2 days later to repair. Crew showed up on time. They were all professional and did the repair quickly. “I highly recommend Douglas Restoration for your roof replacement. It is a local business and I met personally with the owner of the company. As you all know, Floridians suffered major losses due to Hurricane Ian. Unfortunately, we did not recieve any help or assistance from the Florida Government or any federal entity. I was left as a victim to my mortgage company who held all the monetary help that i received after negotiating a deal with my insurance company. The mortgage company gave me Hell for the release of the funds until i did all repairs and paid all my contractors in Full out of my own pocket. I am not sure how they expected us to do our own repairs from our own savings prior to releasing any funds. At the end, Mr.Douglas assisted me to the best of his capabilities so that we were able to do all repairs and get the funds released. I am grateful for his compassion understanding and cooperation. I cannot highly recommend him enough. He definitely is a man with a great conscience. Thank you again for All you have done. God Bless and may you prosper more in your business.“
