When we were having trouble getting another roofer out to stand by their warranty on a repair Gary's offered to come out and help us get the patch on the roof before we were leaving town during rainy season and they saved us from additional damage. There was no charge. They had been out for a bid several months previous and were trying to earn out business...Enter EAN.. we had significant damage to our roof September 28th and went under contract with Gary's in Jan. We were told work would be 4-6 months out due to demand. They agreed to keep us dry with any repairs till we could get the new roof.
