“Andy of Signature Restorations stopped by my condo to check the drywall in my closet for damage after my new water heater started spraying the same day of installation because the nut/bolt to the hot water was not tightened properly. He was quick to respond to my call and determined upon inspection that the drywall and floor was not damp and no further services (fans to dry it out) were needed for me (unfortunately my neighbor below me wasn't so lucky). “My kitchen drain pipe burst in my home. My plumber found and contacted Restoration Xperts. They came right over to set up the machines to dry out the place. From that point on, they have been fantastic. Pedro and his team just finished the mold remediation. What a professional and efficient team they were. They actually offered to open my Hurricane shutters following the hurricane after closing them for me. In addition, they placed my patio furniture back on the patio. Above and beyond their job duties. The communication with Pedro keeping me apprised of the step by routine. In addition, everyone I have dealt with so far have been wonderful and so kind and supportive. Steve T. has been such an advocate for when dealing with the insurance company.
