My area rug was picked up for steam cleaning by the technician and was handled just perfectly. The rug looked awful and had nasty odors, and I needed them professionally cleaned. The estimate given is what I paid, and the rug cleaning guy was very friendly and knowledgeable. I will definitely hire them again for rug cleaning!
