On time and did what they said they'd do. They also made and installed three roller shades for the screen porch (the originals blown away by Ian) that turned out perfectly. Couldn't be happier! (Unless maybe they also did kitchen countertops---we are still waiting on those....)“
“Honest, easy to work with, no pressure when they came and measured for our windows and especially none of the "if you sign today while in your home you get a one time special deal". Their price was best of three I checked and their installers were good, efficient and polite and also very easy to work with. It was a large investment but I felt comfortable using them and inspector even commented on the good installation.“

“I searched everywhere for a company that could replace the clear vinyl on the sliding panels on my lanai. By a referral, I called White Aluminum and Windows. I took the frames to them on a Thursday afternoon and they told me it would take a couple of weeks. I thought that was very reasonable. By the following Tuesday, just 5 days after I dropped them off, they called just after noon and told me my panels were ready. This was unbelievably great service! I never would have expected such a quick turnaround. Their entire staff from upfront to the gentlemen that did the replacement vinyl were friendly and eager to help. I cannot thank them enough for the great job they did on installation and explaining the use of the product. I have 3 dogs, and they were very conscientious about the gates and doors being open. They showed up when they said they would, and made sure the jobsite was cleaned up at the end of both days. They set a high bar for other installers to compete with.
